Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the effects of social capital on subjective career success through the experiences of individuals working in the healthcare sector. Social capital, encompassing elements such as social networks, trust, and mutual solidarity, is an important concept that influences career success. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach to understand the impact of social capital elements on the subjective career success of healthcare workers. Data were collected from participants through a survey and analyzed using the SPSS software. The findings revealed that social capital has a significant and positive effect on individuals' subjective career success. Healthcare workers indicated that the social connections and support they receive in the workplace enhance their job satisfaction and sense of achievement. Social capital was observed to foster collaboration and solidarity among employees, contribute to creating a more positive work atmosphere, and improve productivity.
