Abstract (EN)
Businesses; They make various financial and moral investments in order to stand out. They do so by making a difference in issues they face such as finding a place for themselves in marketing conditions, creating an identity, gaining superiority through competition, gaining a sense of belonging and loyalty to their employees, branding and also gaining a respective prestige. This research is specifically made for business employees, this analysis is within the capacity of social responsibility, the evaluation of recreational activities that are done or planned to be done within their respected institutions are included for businesses to evalutate assesments completed by employee personel. Established by the survey application, the results and conclusions regarding the opinions, desires and demands of the employees were analyzed in detail and presented to management. As a conclusion of the survey; it has been determined that the prespective of the employees whom are employed at their respected enterprises react positively about recreational activities. It is conclusive that recreational activity contributes positively to the productivity of the employees.
