Abstract (EN)

In this study, Spirulina platensis which is a cyanobacteria type is used as living material. Chromium (CrCl3.6H2O) and zinc (Zn(NO3.6H2O) components are used for the metal binding studies. Cr+3, Zn+2 metals are applied in three different doses and with three repetitions for each dose for the 1gl-1 biomass quantities as the starting culture density. In the study which is carried out in 5-liter plastic containers, it is applied together to be chromium and zinc 15 mg/L chromium and 2 mg/L zinc ,10 mg/L chromium and 1 mg/L zinc and the metal application is made without adding algae at the same doses and thus total 28 cultures are formed. It is determined that the highest absorption value which is taken to its structure by S. platensis are 6,14 mg/L and 0,5 mg/L culture water value and the chromium and zinc processes which are applied in the trial do not have any negative influence on the growth of S. platensis and the dry substance is obtained in similar quantities.
