Sport activities are an indispensable element of daily life and are transformed into rituals that are part of our basic lifestyle. Due to the competitive environment created by the sport, maximizing the performance and minimizing the health risks has become the main research areas of sport science regardless of being amateur or professional. Physical, physiological or psychological developments in sports have been followed with great interest in recent years. Compression products with potential for sporting success are also involved in this development process. The abilities of the compression products in the medical field have attracted the attention of sports community, their effects have been tested in many respects and researches are continuing. In this study, two different products have been developed which can perform various tasks. Wrist-knee was chosen as the target area and legging-style structures were created for the two main purposes as a function of heating and cooling. Different production parameters have been evaluated for suitable product groups in terms of creating pressure gradient and comfort characteristics. Thermoelectric liquid cooling system which can be integrated with compression products for cooling function has been created and analyzed in details.
