Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research; Organizational commitment and leadership orientations of students studying in sports sciences faculty.Within the scope of the research, the research group consists of students who study in 2018-2019 academic year and also work in sports enterprises.The sample of the study group consisted of 240 male and female employees and a student of Akdeniz University Faculty of Sport Sciences.The distribution of the data was analyzed for the analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the research purpose and it was determined that it showed normal distribution.In order to determine the differences, t-test, anova test and correlation analysis were used.Data analysis will be performed using SPSS 25.0 package program and the level of significance is determined as p <0.05.As a result of the study, when the difference according to gender and class variable was examined, it was found that there were statistically significant differences.There was no significant difference according to the department and age variables.In the correlation analysis results, it was found that there were medium and low level relationships between the sub-dimensions.
