There is aresearch about the students expectations who are educated in sport high school

Sport High schools,which haven?t got a long history in Türkiye, can not succeed to perform their duty in the Turkish Sport Education according to their present situation. Not only their foundation, personnels and other factors; but also present studies about their future are not seen in a sufficient level. Sport High Schools?, which are opened without substructure studies and became the part of our Education system, contribution to the Sport Education is not enough. Beside that; their present situation is not sufficient, also it forms very unsuitable appearence for the Sport Education. Sport High Schools have got very important duties, such as raise succesfull students, raise young sportsmen, who can represent and develop the Turkish Sport, and form the substructure to the Higher Education Institutions. According to their present condition; it is difficult to say that Sport High Schools are succesfull in their duties. The poll is applied to the students, who educated in Sport High Schools in Eskisehir, Sivas, Erzurum, Trabzon, Bursa, Usak, Denizli, )stanbul, Elazıg and Malatya,. This poll is divided into two part; in the first part the questions,which are oriented to meet the students, and in the second part the questions,which are about the present situation of Sport High Schools, are asked to recognize the Sport High Schools conditions from their students. We have got universe,which is including the 632 students from the Sport High Schools,who continue their education in ten cities of Türkiye. Our poll is applied this universe and their answers? frekans and percentages are explained and commented with tables in the text. In the first part of findings, it is given place to the poll?s reliability study results. In this contents; questions? average and standart deviation point values are explained with tables. Then, the internal coherence coefficients about test?s reliability are found. These data are obtained and evaluated with Cronbach alfa and Spearman Brown and Gutman techniques. In every substance analysis procedure, item-remainder indeks are found. All the statistical data, which are obtained, are tested in a pair-direction and meaningfull level are accepted at least 0,05. level. Beside that, results, which are meaningfull in the 0,01 level, are presented on the tables. All the statistical analysis are done with SPSS 13.0 packet programme. Generally, ıt is seen that, all the students,who educate in Sport High Schools, have the same point of view about their schools? insufficiencies.
