Customer satisfaction in sports facilities

The purpose of this study is to measure and evaluate the customer satisfaction in sport facilities in Turkey. In this research, literature review was done and a questionaire was given to the customers. The population of this research is the customers who still attend at least two kinds of health and sport facilities such as swimming pool, basketball, voleyball, tenns court and carpet court, squash, aerobic, step rooms, sauna,besides those facilities must include food and drink service and fitness room. Those sport facilities were selected randomly in Ankara and Zonguldak city center and Kdz. Ereğli country. In this study, frequency, percentage, significance level at.05 were determined by using t test and one way ANOVA. While evaluating the data SPSS program was used. Meaningful results were found after the questionaires and those results were evaluated and suggestions were given.
