Abstract (EN)

The Sıraseki region which takes part in 16 km South of Adana is comprise of study area. Study of seismic reflection data collection at Sıraseki study area had been made for search hydrocarbon, the factors which will effect the implementation parameters had been determined before choosing the parameters of record. Parameters which will be choosed by paying attention to determined factors, enable acquiring data with more quality. Wrong parameter selection leads wrong interpretations and thus cost of the oil wells will be incredidly high. Therefore contribution to the correct interpretation will be great when all geological and geophysical data used in proposed seismic program. This study also includes underground geological features of the Miocene sediments in the Adana Basin, surveys for well data and examination by the help of well logs, seismic sections and designating of structural properties. In this research 15 seismic profile had been taken in the study field. There are 6 drilling wells in the study area. Some of the drilling wells of the situated well logs contributes to the interpretation. Layer boundaries and faults have been identified at interpreted seismic sections. Sandstone units that are belonged to Kuzgun and Handere formations of Adana Basin has been considered as seconde-degree reservoir rock. It has been considered as seconde-degree reservoir that sandstone units are belonged to Kuzgun and Handere formations in Adana Basin.
