Effect of zinc application from leaves on some microelement contents of grains and leaves in pistachios grown in Şirnak regi̇on

İn this study there is a research about the influence of content microelements on leaf and fruit grain by using zinc (Zn) on pistachios which produce in Şırnak region. İn this study Zinc Sulfate (ZnSO₄.₇H₂O) has been administreate dose on leafs of pistachios trees in a predeterminded farmer's garden which the trees are in fruiting stage. The applications has been repeated each every 4-5 dose. The application on leaf were like that: (0 dose ZnSO₄, 0,25% dose ZnSO₄ ,0,050% dose ZnSO₄, 1% dose ZnSO₄ mixed in 100 Lt water each time applicated. The application repeated on the trees every each 20 days which about blooming time. A week after third application, the leafs examples has been taken and in harvest time they took considerable fruit examples and made microelement Analysis in known methods. On leaf examples zinc content increased parallel with zinc applications by laboratory Analysis results. The respectable found is being statistical increased zinc contents on leafs by zinc applications parallel by statistic Analysis. Likewise, the amount of zinc which is in zinc contents of grain examples has raised as zinc doses on leaf increased has been seen in this study. Using zinc on leafs has having increased the zinc contents in grain is absolutly important by statistic Analysis. (Alpha=0,50 t=2,17881) On the other hand increasing zinc application döşe has changed by negative side (falled) iron (Fe) contents on leafs even a little shown by analysis results. However falling İron (Fe) contents amount which is in leaf by zinc use on leaf has been found insignificant ( be ignored) by Statistic Analysis. Using zinc (Zn) on leaf has showed that cooper (Cu) and Mangan (Mn) contents in both grain and leafs aren't to much influenced According to Analysis Results.
