Abstract (EN)
Family is the basis of the society and marriage is an establishment, established by agreement. Each society and judicial system has a family concept. In this study, we tried to introduce the work ?Nehcu?n-necâh fi âhkâmî?n-nikâh (Means of Salvation in the Provisions of Wedding)? which contains the life, scientific personality of Sheikh Abdurrahman eş-Shaviri a scholar from southeastern of Turkey and contains the topics about the marriage in the law of İslâm.Also in this study, we evaluated such importand topics in eş-Shaviri?s work as the words used in marriage agreement, the marriage of petties, equivalence in marriage, custody in marriage
