Abstract (EN)
Female empowerment fragility in the labor market is palpable for instance, far fewer females in high managerial roles than men. Many highly qualified women, confronted with an unwillingness to work in the labor market and the inability to reach their personal and academic possibilities, are inspired to start their businesses. And in this area, they clash with differentiation during the period of entering the market. Women, through psychological factors, frequently see the distinction as a tragedy. It has a neutrally detrimental impact on economic and interpersonal situations. For economic and social progress, a new understanding of the role of women and women's entrepreneurship in society is needed, which ought to confirm the unique social position of women. The purpose of the study is to identify barriers and obstacles, as well as to consider statistical data on the situation of women in the labor market today in Turkey and the countries of the European Union; and also to determine women's socio-economic and motivational factors of entrepreneurial activity in European countries and modern Turkey.
