Abstract (EN)

Today's competitive environment forces the health institutions to take into account variables such as strategic agility, business autonomy, organizational communication, organizational security climate, organizational commitment and so on, as well as in businesses. For example, the strategic agility creates the opportunity to quickly observe, modify, and orient the activities that it is carrying out. The ability of employers to exercise their discretion will make it easier to achieve organizational goals that can add value to the work they do. Effective communication within the organization will also lead to happiness while ensuring individual participation in the system. The organizational security climate will ensure that employees feel safe and that they feel self-reliant. These organizational behavior variables mentioned in the thesis research were selected and the effect on health workers was investigated. The questionnaire was designed to measure the variables of organizational behavior used in the literature and it was easily applied to 171 individuals in the health institutions and the research analysis was included in the questionnaire. Since the work done in health institutions is very limited in the literature, literature has been acquired by investigating the effects of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Communication, Business Autonomy and Organizational Security Climate variables on Strategic Agility and tried to fill the gap of researches about organizational behavior variables in the health sector.
