Strategic performance management valuation perception of analysis of municipalities

Municipalities which, take thier strenght from state, are vital parts of the economy, have duties like; supply substructures which cities need, make investment, make improvements about income distribution ? Municipalities don?t stay indifferent about improving and changing of the economies and management systems, have took their role in improve and change circle. In first part of our study, after we showed the general specialitis of municipality in Türkiye; municipalities? parts and duties are listed in order. After Türkiye?s municipalities? duties and parts stuied in around the law?s circle, characteristics, importance, needs and possible benefits of strategic managements in municipalities have been related. In following part,; legal arrengements have been studied which are about strategic management and performance valuing as its part. In second part of our study; reasons which become required specially strategic management and performance valuing as its part under main strategic manegement process topic have been shortly summarized. In following part; general parts of strategic manegement processes? in municipility has been noted.Anyhow in our third part of our study, performance valuing as a part of strategic management in municipalities are accented. Because planning, organisation, coordination, execut,ve and controlling phases which are functions of management science, association which represents control phase becomes vital part of strategic management design. As in this direction; performance, performance valuing?s important subjects are studied with their conceptual dimensions in following chapters.
