Animalswere observed at Bornova Veterinary Control and Research Institute ExperimentAnimal Laboratory in light and (12 hour day and 12 hour night) heat controlled room(25ºC) by ad libitum % 20 protein included Tari Yemta rat feed withoutantidiabetic theraphy.Animals are divided in two groups (n=10) which are called control andexperimental. Previously study were measured hunger blood sugar and it wasdeterminated 128,15 ± 4.1 mg/dl. For the experimental diabetes, were enjected singledose 50 mg/kg intraperitoneal streptozotocin that is in the 0,01 M phosphate citratebuffer (pH 4,5). Hunger blood sugar were measured after enjection 21 day. Tail veinblood is taken in to the eppendorf santrifuge tubes after experimental groups?shunger blood sugar were measured 436,1 ± 55,44. Serum was divided aftereppendorf santrifuge tubes were santrifuged 1700 g by 12 minute. Enzym analysiswere measured immediately. Samples are divided for the serum proteinelectrophoresis keep into 20˚C deep freze as make as analysis. It was determinatedliver enzymes and established destruction to based on diabetes.The activity of aspartate aminotransferase enzymes is found respectively inrats which are control and diabetes 221,40 ± 16,06 mmol/L and 281,40 ± 30,60mmol/L, the activity of alanine aminotransferase enzymes is found respectively inrats which are control and diabetes 64,70 ± 4,21 mmol/L and 139,00 ± 21,86mmol/L, the activity of adenozine deaminase enzymes is found respectively in rats-2-which are control and diabetes 33,60 ± 4,30 mmol/L and 71,80 ± 4,33 mmol/L, theactivity of alkaline phosphatase enzymes is found respectively in rats which arecontrol and diabetes 182,70 ± 31,55 mmol/L and 797,20 ± 153,94 mmol/L. Serumtotal protein quantity was measured control and streptozotocin induced diabetes rats5,60 ± 1,23 g/dl and 4,41 ± 0,60 g/dl respectively, serum albumin quantity 2,18 ±0,60 g/dl and 2,08 ± 0,36 g/dl respectively. Those changes of serum proteins aredeterminated with electrophoretic term and exhibited effects of diabetes pathologicalchanges.
