Abstract (EN)

Recent studies are related to the study of Beta-Trace Protein (BTP) and its effectiveness in detecting kidney disease, as it is distinguished by its light molecular weight. In this study, samples were taken from 150 patients with various stages of CKD, and they were categorized into five groups based on their glomerular filtration rate. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were used to determine the beta-trace protein level (ELISA). A comparison was made between BTP and Creatinine and found statistically significant relationships between them and other vital variables. The study concluded that the BTP level rises in the early stages of the disease, and therefore it is a good biomarker in the early detection of CKD. As a consequence, we may conclude that Beta-Trace Protein, Creatinine, and other key biochemical variables were significantly elevated (p 0,05-0,01). The amounts of the above Protine showed significant increases in the G2, G3, G4, and G5 in comparison with G1.
