Study of women's behavioral finance differences in investment decision-making: Turkey, Pakistan and Jordan

The field of behavioural finance has attempted to explain a litany of biases present in human, financial attitude since its creation in the 1980s. The human decision-making process has been a productive field for academic researchers in both social science and natural science domains, as per the classical economic theory, humans are completely rational, decision-makers who carefully evaluate all facts and evidence before making decisions that aim at maximizing outcomes. However, it has been found that in real-life humans are not totally rational, rather they are influenced by various psychological and behavioural biases while making decisions. According to researches males and females behave accordingly in investment decisions and, differently in some of their decisions. The main subjects is women from different countries and behavioural finance biases, Behavioural finance factors are divided into two parts which are emotional and cognitive biases. And they are measured by several dimensions to achieve the results. Hence, a study has taken up to examine the impact of behaviour finance of senior-level working females decision making from different demographics regions, The population of the study is women investors from Pakistan, Turkey, and Jordan. Furthermore, the sample size is 150 individuals who work at the senior-level/ all of our participants working in foreign trade fields. The data are collected by a questionnaire. Then was analyzed by the SPSS program. The achieved results showed that women from different countries (Pakistan, Turkey, Jordan) in the decision-making behave accordingly in investment decisions and, differently in some of their decisions.
