Total waste amounts per unit time and per person in the Faculty and the amount of waste with recyclable potential have been determined. At the same time, a comparative assessment was made by determining the amount of recyclable waste collected in 1 vocational school, 1 high school and 1 primary school in Tekirdağ. In the scope of the study, a questionnaire study was conducted to determine the viewpoints of the students studying at the faculty in Çorlu Engineering Faculty on zero waste management. The obtained data were evaluated in terms of the differences between the general evaluation, male-female and environmental engineering and other department students. Considering all types of waste in the whole school, the per capita daily waste amount was found to be 113 g/person-day. Compared to other educational institutions, the most waste was collected in CMF and the daily amount of waste collected per capita was obtained for the highest CMF. According to the results of the survey, it can be said that the students of the faculty give more accurate answers, as expected in some questions based on knowledge, especially with respect to zero waste and recycling. It can be said that environmental engineering and women participants behave more sensitive in terms of disposing of the wastes they create in recycling bins.
