Abstract (EN)

As technology improves, production increases. Various marketing strategies have been used to sell surplus products to consumers. When the abundance of variety and quantity in products are combined with some marketing tactics, consumers started to consume more than they need. Despite the scarce resources in the world, the rapid increase in consumption has brought some problems with it. Sustainability has emerged as a solution proposal against these negativities. The widespread use of sustainability and sustainable consumption in society can be seen as an important step towards keeping scarce resources for the future. At this point, it would also be a good option to take advantage of the developing technology. With the development of technology, various fields in graphic design have also developed. One of these areas is the interface design. Through interface designs, people are presented experiences that they can use more easily and effectively. In this thesis, an interface design has been developed in order to raise awareness of people about sustainability against the waste of resources and to promote sustainable consumption. The application was created based on the concepts that emerged as a result of scientific studies in the literature. In the study, first the relevant literature is included, and then the design application is shared. With this study, it is aimed to take a step that helps to popularize and facilitate sustainable consumption with this exemplary design created by the help of scientific sources.
