Analysis and evaluation of the concept of furniture developed in the process on the example of the Eighties series

The need for shelter begins with the transition of human beings to a settled life. Furniture has started to become functional in proportion to the development of technology and countries since prehistoric times in order to facilitate human life. In this study, the first emergence of the concept of furniture was discussed, the transformation of the living spaces in the houses into more functional with the development of the furniture was examined, the factors affecting the furniture design in the interior of the house and the design principles were taken into account, and the functionality, aesthetics, form, material, economy, color of the furniture were taken into consideration. Various parameters such as texture, perceptibility are emphasized. The furniture in the living spaces of the houses has been examined from every aspect under the title of furniture design principles in the interior of the house and the factors affecting the furniture design. In the title of period analysis on the example of the eighties series, the effects of the developing furniture in the eighties period were examined with examples, and the furniture analysis of the 1980s period was made. Within the scope of the thesis, the effect of furniture on living spaces and the effects of furniture from the 1980s to the present are evaluated.
