Ascustomer decides about organization by evaluating products or services,organization needs to evaluate their works according to products and services.To meet both organizations and customer?s needs at maximum level, the mostcritical basic products and services have to be chosen. To provide real progresswith new data, all works have to be watched from process view. Fordetermining processes which have biggest effects on satisfying customer bothpersonal that has required information and experience about the work anddifferent equipment can be used.How these processes are executed? The answer of this question is vital.There are different ideas about how work will be done. Firstly it should bedecided how works will be achieved, not how it will be done. Process flow chartsare visual tools that provide everyone to see the work from the same point ofview. This common understanding illuminates and forms basis for developmentopportunities. Although putting the work done on paper, process seems assomething easy, to make the same things several times produce problems likewaste of work power and bottleneck. Before going for further steps removingthese problems procedure can be called as purification. The measurement toolsare needed whether the process running properly. These measurement tools canbe identified as process measurement. Measurement points have to beIIdesignated in order to reflect the health of the process in the best way. As aresult carrying out the process and process measurements would take thesystem to standardization. Collecting the data which can perform the processrealistic and enough to be analyzed is important. This work is needed fordeciding either progress the process or undertakes it as it was. By watching theflow chart the way shown by PDCA is used and ?this is enough? never could besaid.TQM is accepted as new and modern management comprehension andapplied successfully by many organizations, process management which is oneof the most important implementations of TQM is determined the applicationprinciple of Land Forces unit in this study. The processes are tried to bedeveloped by the definition of the processes in the unit, determined the limitsand owners, drawing the flow charts, determined performance criteria, to putforward critical success factors, pointing out the relations with the otherprocesses, identifying process measurement, extension continuous progress isformed comparable data by encouragement method for creative and reform.The aims of this study are to clarify basic concepts, the principles ofapplications and approaches in process management applications and formed aguide used for units, to explain all required data for application withsystematically, to standardized application, approaches and method for allunits.III
