Abstract (EN)
The subject of this thesis is the continuing freelance contracts. The subject of continuing freelance contracts in our study is in one of many different ways encountered in both daily and commercial life. However, the issue of continuing freelance contracts has not been sufficiently studied. For this reason, continuing freelance contracts have been chosen as our thesis topic. In our study, continuing freelance contracts was analysed emphasis of individual and general agreements. In terms of individual freelance contracts, the provisions of the freelance contracts have been examined. In terms of the general agreements, the extent to which the rules specific to the freelance contract are appropriate and the special cases that are permanent relations, are examined.
