Abstract (EN)

The bipolar international relations system formed after world war ıı, the middle east region has witnessed the arab-ısraeli wars. After these wars, countries ruled by military coups were formed. In November 2010, the so-called "Arab Spring" democracy movements in the region deeply affected the ISE Middle East. The impact on Syria after the Arab Spring has brought about internal turmoil and anti-regime demonstrations, and a process has been entered into that is unclear where the end will lead. The most important problem posed by this crisis is instability and uncertainty. This situation has created an atmosphere of chaos in Syria. This environment has caused great losses and devastation in the country. This thesis talks about the regional and global effects of the situation that has arisen as a result of the Arab Spring's leap into Syria. Failure to try to resolve this crisis in the international arena indicates that stability will not be achieved in Syria for a long time. The civil war in Syria, which started in 2011, continues to this day. This thesis also deals with the regional and global effects of Syria;s becoming a failed state, as well as its economic, political, and social dimensions. The civil war that started in March 2011 is interesting to the whole world, but its effects have crossed the country;s border. The civil war has led to the loss of many people;s lives along with the refugee crisis, which still cannot be solved permanently In other words, while the war is taking place within the borders of Syria, its reflections are being felt in the lives of many people in many parts of the world. Then the civil war created a butterfly effect and evolved into a very unknown conflict situation.
