Abstract (EN)
In this study was examined the impact of migration on the European Union Common Security and Defense Policy with the example of the Syrian Refugee Crisis that it has recently faced. In this study was benefited from Copenhagen School and the concept of securitization , while the Syrian Refugee Policy of the EU was being examined. As material were used EU texts and reports, numerical data and expert opinions. This study consists of three parts. In the first part was presented the conceptual framework of this topic. In the second part was examined the formation of EU migration and security issues in the historical process. In the last part, after it was examined the Middle East Policy of the European Union , it was revealed the effects of the refugee crisis on the regional policy and security policy of the Union. In this study was concluded that the EU handled the issue from a pure security perspective in the face of the refugee crisis , could not develop new tools and this crisis adversely affected the EU integration process.
