An application according to the determination of factors related to the team work and that affect team performance

Nowadays existing businesses, in order to keep up with the quick changingenviroment and competitive conditions in the world and to exist are following thechanges closely and adapt themselves to the changes that occur. Although these changesare numerous, only a few of them are more important and in a disclaimable quality.Because of it?s importance, team work occurs as one of these changes. Due to this fact,today in mission expression of almost all businesses exist team and team work conceptintensely. In total quality management that is accepted by the whole world and isapplied intensively, one of the vital conditions is the application of team work.In the recent years, the number of organizations which carry out the teamwork got higher. In our country, team and team work applications are regarded as a newconcept and when the studies that have been done in this subject compared with theones in the world, it is understood that these studies are in a limited number. Startingfrom this point, in this study; the relationship between team work and personnelperformance, motivation, communication, leadership, adaptation and heterogeneousnessfactors are explored.In this directions, firstly team work is examined. After this, in order toexplain the relationship between team work and personnel performance management,the concepts performance, performance management and performance evaluationconcepts are explained and then the affects of team work on performance are examineddetailed.In the last part of the study, a questionnare is applied to the personnel whoin two different drug marketing businesses. The analysis of the questionare results isdone, the findings are interpreted and the factors that affect the performance of teamwork are tried to be detected.
