Abstract (EN)

In this study, the status of Neofusicoccum parvum species (in the Botryospaeriaceae) causing dieback disease, its identification and sensitivity of commonly grown table grape cultivars to the disease were investigated. The vineyards (in 12 different villages) were inspected, symptomatic wood samples were taken, standart mycological isolations were applied and the fungal isolates were identified by molecular tools. In the pathogenicity test, four different N. parvum isolates were evelauated, the most virulent isolates (49, 103) were selected for the cultivar sensitivity studies. At the end of the laboratory studies 21 Botryosphaeriaceae isolates were obtained. Of those, %61.9 were D. seriata, %19 were L. pseudotheobromae, %17.4 were N. parvum, %4,7 were L. theobromae. The three most tolerant grape cultivars to the isolate 49 were Cardinal, Göğ Üzüm and Perlette. However they were Cardinal, Ergin Çekirdeksiz and Black Magic in case of the isolate 103 for the tolerance ranking. Key Words: Tarsus, Vine, Neofusicoccum parvum, Turkey
