Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, thorium, cerium and lanthanum's adsorption behaviour was investigated with TBP impregnated Amberlite XAD-2 resin. XAD-2 resins have been prepared by direct adsorption of solvent into the Amberlite XAD-2 resins by using dry impregnation method. Solvent impregnated resins were characterized by Fourier Transform İnfrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). The sorption behaviour of thorium, cerium and lanthanum examined with temperature, time, concentration, ratio of solid-liquid's effect. Sorption data have been interpreted in terms of Freundlich, Langmuir and Dubinin-Raduschkevich quations.
