Abstract (EN)

Supply Chain Management, defined as the management area covering the planning, implementation, and control of the process from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of final products to consumers, encompasses all activities occurring among raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and end consumers. Within the scope of this study, approaches for enhancing the smoothness of production and planning processes, utilizing lean production techniques, specifically Heijunka, in the supply chain management context, have been proposed to increase shipment efficiency and customer satisfaction from other components of the chain. The approaches outlined in the study have been suggested utilizing data obtained from past years' shipment reports of a manufacturing facility in the electrical and electronics sector. Drawing from empirical studies on the application of lean philosophy in supply chain management, this study serves as an example of the quantitative confirmation of the effectiveness of lean principles within the supply chain.
