Abstract (EN)

The textile industry is the leading sector which it assumes a significant role in increasing employment of Turkey's development. This rapid development of dyeing and printing processes dyes and chemical substances contained in waste waters from the pollution, which brings about the need for treatment.Environmental pollution and water pollution is one of the issues affecting the quality of habitats and species. Water pollution is a wide variety of industrial waste waters which contain chemicals and dyes. In the textile waste waters are attracting attention. Organic impurities and contaminants of colored dye wastes are major problem in the textile industry. For these reasons, treatment of dyehouses? dyeing waste water have vital importance. This doctoral thesis studies the following issues were, respectively;Decolorization of Reactive Blue 19 dye by using Horseradish Peroxidase enzyme was studied with the in different conditions (temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, dye concentration, Hydrogen Peroxide concentration, urea and salt effect). The optimum decolorization conditions were determined for Reactive Blue 19 dye. Horseradish Peroxidase enzyme was immobilized on a solid support in order to re-use the enzyme for dye decolorization. As support materials were used in two different polysulfone polymers. Immobilized enzyme was reused for decolorization of Reactive Blue 19 and Acid Black 1 dyes at different days. Activity values of immobilized enzyme were calculated under different conditions (pH, temperature, storage time). In conclusion; stability, shelf-life, storage activity, resistance to temperature of immobilized enzyme were increased against to free enzyme. Also, immobilized enzyme were reused 7 times for decolorization of Reactive Blue 19 and Acid Black 1 dyes. Reactive Blue 19, Acid Black 1, Disperse Dyes and Bazik Blue 41 dye solutions were decolorized by using Trametes versicolor (mold) in a nutrient medium. In addition, real textile wastewater was decolorized under various conditions (time, wastewater volume, pH, concentration of dye removal broth) with Trametes versicolor mold. Acidic pH values were more effective than high pHs for decolorization of textile wastewater.Acid Black 1 dye at different concentrations and the dye after treatment with Horseradish Peroxidase enzyme at different times and the pH values were examined by Fluorescence Spectrometer.
