Abstract (EN)
The emergence of new problems as a result of the rapid development of the telecommunication field and the increase of the data traffic have made the search for new solutions inevitable. The use of "fiber optic" cables in modern technology is seen as a new era in this field to solve the existing problems. Problems such as Cutting and Packing, Band Collocation and Bandpass have been dealt with in regard with the solution of the above mentioned problems; the modeling, comparison and solution methods of these problems have been investigated with different methods and more comprehensive mathematical models have been presented by analyzing the mathematical models of the problem.
