Abstract (EN)
Tenkid magazine was published in 6 numbers and 2 gift attachments in the upper floor of Kurşunlu Han, which is located behind Çemberlitaş in Istanbul between 22 March and 10 July 1326 (04/04/1910 - 23/07/1910). The magazine published by Bezmi Nusret Kaygusuz and Baha Tevfik is considered as the first critic magazine of Turkish literature. Writings and poems of journalists such as Ömer Seyfeddin and Doctor Abdullah Cevdet who are the prominents of their era can be found in the journal. Brief information on the volume is given on the cover of the magazine. The aim of this study is to transcribe the journal which comes in 6 numbers and present the journal to the service of the researchers. The journals are the channels that direct the literature in each period.Tenkid magazine is one of the journalsthat play an important role in the history and development of the criticism type. In the journal, although the criticism is predominant in the journal, a number of theoretical texts such as the purpose of the criticism and its method can be found too.
