Abstract (EN)
Biometric scaler tensor gravity theory has a skeleton and this skeleton is constructed by combining the scalar field gradient to two metrices such as g ?_?v and g_?v. Choosing moving observation frames for ? g ??_?v or g_?v in the space-time has basic physics rules for local observers of both metrices. Light speed varies in the g ?_?v metric frame when g_?v metric is chosen by moving coordinates. Observers in the frame see that light speed varied and supernova died down because of increasing of brightness in farther in spite of redshift. Furthermore, scalar field ? without accelerating states dark matter components in the Friedmann equations for cosmic scale.
