Ticaret meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin staj eğitiminden beklentileri ve staj eğitimi sırasında karşılaştıkları sorunlar

ÖZETBu araştırmada, ticaret meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin staj eğitiminden nelerbekledikleri, beklentilerinin karşılanma düzeyleri ve staj eğitiminde karşılaştıklarısorunlar ele alınmıştır.Ticaret meslek lisesinde öğrenim gören ve halen staj eğimini gerçekleştirenöğrencilerin staj eğitiminden beklentilerini, beklentilerinin karşılanma düzeylerini vestaj eğitimi sırasındaki sorunlarını ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla anket hazırlanmıştır.Anket 2005-2006 öğretim yılında bu okullarda öğrenim gören son sınıf öğrencilerineuygulanmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini, Ankara il merkezindeki dört ticaret meslek ve anadoluticaret meslek lisesinde halen staj eğitimini yapan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır.Anket, bu okullarda halen staj yapan 300 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır.Cevaplanan anketlerin tamamı analize uygun bulunmuş ve araştırma kapsamındadeğerlendirilmiştir. Anket aracılığı ile elde edilen veriler, SPSS (Statistical Packagefor the Social Sciences) bilgisayar sisteminde çözümlenmiş; beklentilere ve sorunlarailişkin verilerin frekans, yüzde, standart sapma ve ortalamaları hesaplanarak tablolarıoluşturulmuş, ayrıca çapraz tablo karşılaştırmasında beklentiler ve sorunlara aitilişkiye de yer verilmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda, öğrencilerin staj eğitiminden beklentilerine yönelikverilen ifadelere çoğunlulukla ?oldukça çok? şeklinde katılımda bulunduğugörülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular; staj eğitiminin, teorik olarak okulda kazanılanbilgileri uygulamaya imkan vermediğini ve stajdan kazanılan ücretin yeterliolmadığını ortaya koymuştur.ABSTRACTIn this research, expectation of the students of vocational school of commercefrom the internship, the level of the fulfillment of their expectations and thedifficulties they met during their internship are going to be studied.An inquiry has been performed to find out the expectations of the studentswho completed their internship or who are still intern from the internship, the level offulfillment of their expectations, and the difficulties they met during the internship.This inquiry has been carried out with the students who are still studying at theseschools in the 2005-2006 education year.The students who are still performing their internship at four vocationalschools of commerce and Anatolian vocational commerce colleges in the provincialcenter of Ankara constituted the total field under survey.The inquiry has been implemented with 300 students who are still studying atthese schools. All of the answered inquiries have been considered suitable foranalysis and have been evaluated within the content of the research. The data derivedfrom the inquiries have been analyzed through the computer system of StatisticalPackage for the Social Sciences (SPSS); tables of the data regarding to theexpectations and the difficulties have been composed calculating their frequencies,percentages, standard deviations and average values, moreover the relation ofexpectations and the difficulties has been also presented in the diagonal tablecomparison.At the result of this research, it has been noticed that the expressions of thestudents towards their expectations from the internship constitutes mostly theexpression of ?pretty much?. Diagnosis derived in this research revealed that theinternship doesn't enable the theoretical information acquired at school to beimplemented, and the payment of the internship is not satisfactory.
