Abstract (EN)
After providing information on the importance of strategic management and strategic plan as one of the key elements of successful strategic management, this study presents a Strategic Plan Proposal for TOBB ETU Business Administration Department, motivated by the fact that regardless of its size, profit-seeking status or any other characteristics, each business needs a strategic plan. Within the scope of this strategic plan proposal, in addition to applying a questionnaire measuring the expectations and suggestions of the stakeholders of TOBB ETU Business Administration Department, a SWOT analysis of the department is conducted, its vision, mission, strategic goals, objectives and actions are determined, and the issues that should be attended in the processes of following and implementing the strategic plan as well as the possible problems encountered and solution offers are highlighted.Keywords: Strategic management, strategic plan, TOBB ETU Department of Business Administration
