Relationship of total quality management and human resources

Total Quality Management, people used to be able to fulfill customer needs, business, products and / or services with the support of all employees and to provide a systematic approach to quality. Total Quality Management, in the long term to achieve the satisfaction of customers, its staff, and aims to achieve benefits for the community and focus on quality. Total Quality Management in transition, to cover all employees in change efforts deducted from the individual level to be expected to give the desired result. Companies with strong human resource strategies in global competition, an important force in the race in their hands. In the first part of this study, the applicability of Total Quality Management, benefits, objectives, scope and so on. issues were discussed. The second part of this study, Human Resources, and similar concepts are discussed. In the last part of this study, emphasis is placed on the relationship between these two elements with each other.
