The correlation between properties of the teachers whose work for mlo and other schools and their attitudes towards the schools, were investigated for total quality management.

In this study, the correlation between properties of the teachers whose workfor MLO and other schools and their attitudes towards the schools, were investigatedfor total quality management.The population of in this study consists of 28332 teachers whose work forMLO elementary and high school in zmir. The sample of the study consists 525teachers work for MLO, elementary and high school. All of them have beendetermined by random method.Reliability coefficient of attitude scale was analyzed by SPSS method. Theresult was calculated as 0,97.Attitude inquiry of Total Quality Management attitude inquiry has beenapplied for determination of the teacher?s properties and their attitudes towards theschools.The collected data were analyzed by using statistical techniques likefrequency, percentile, arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, t-test, variance analysisand correlation.Some main results were obtained in this study. Those results are given inbelow.-Any important difference was not founded between opinions of the teacherswhose work for MLO according to properties.-Some important differences was founded between opinion of the teacherswhose work for other school, according to sexuality of subjects.-Some important differences was founded between opinion of the teacherswhose work for other school, according to event of profession.-Some important differences was founded between opinion of the teacherswhose work for other school, according to proportion foreign language ofsubjects.-In TKY, the teachers whose work for MLO have positive attitude for theirschool according to the teacher whose work other school.There are some propositions for a new research problem and a new study, endof this study.Key Words:Total Quality ManagementGround SchoolProperty of teacherAttitude
