The applciation of the total productivity managament models AIPR system in hospitals Kütahya Goverment Hospital and Kütahya Social Insurance Institation Hospital application

VI ABSTRACT Health is one of the most impotent even the first phenomenon in human life. The important part of share that the individuals and countries separate from their limited opportunities used for hospitals. Since reasons, the productivity of hospitals is seen as a problem because of social reasons, the productivity studies in hospitals have begun novadaye. But, the souices that transfored for health should be change into productuvite health service. İn this perspektive, productivty can be exploined as the relation between the sources that wed in production and produced goods. First a business company should measure productivity in order to be productivite. Becouse; the control of unmeausured productivity level can not be done. There are a lot of models in literature for measurement of productivity. Some have been unsufficient, some have been reprojocted or new models have been appeared because of economical develoments. But, in literature there is not unigue productivity measurement model that comprise all ousiness companies. Thus, it is important to choose the correct model that will be used for productivity measurement. In AIPR System, that is a total productivity and economical profit model, the productivity of business companies can be measured according to a selected year in AIPR System, all inputs and out puts can be took into account, the increase of price can be eliminated, also the profil and rentability can be accounted. Becouse of that, this model is very effectivite. Moreover, it indicat that productivity consists of scale effect and technical deveploment effect and business companies should focuse on productivity increasement depmds on technical development for a dynamic productivity. In this way, it helps cliroctors to take, a strategical and ratonal decision. For this reason, total productivity model AIPR System is accepted as base in this study.
