Control of sites

Today, urbanization has increased the housing needs of the community within the context of the Project. Sites have been created to meet the housing needs. There are problems in the management for thousands of people lived in sites. Therefore, the management of sites is carried out with the help of a professional manager. Made by those skilled in management for the benefit of property owners are required to be audited. For this reason the control mechanisms have been formed in the sites. In this work, site control subjects were examined. Site definition, components, sites and classic condominium different from the, common place and their formation types, common place due to the results and on the site the floor owners board, board of directors and audit committee formation issues such as connection with our other issues are briefly mentioned. On the site audit committee formation, who inspector may, auditor's properties, property owners and the relation between the nature of the, issues are addressed, the auditor's duties and rights of the inspection report when and how to be prepared were examined. All these statements depending on the results of the inspection were examined on site and property owners have been expressed about the possible situations they will encounter. Also at the end of the floor owners control their rights against managers is explained. Finally have been analyzed how the audit committee can be controlled, suggestions have been made about the control of the site.
