Abstract (EN)

VI ABSTRACT Language is one of the most important element that contributes largely in forming and developing the culture of the society. For this reason, in social researches it is required to take charge of cultural elements, and especially to examine the language. Language-culture, language-ethics, language-communication, language- society, etc. Include the values required for the research. These themes expose the structure of the society just for examined in the subject of social variations. If we take up the society in the point of social structure and social variation, the developing period of language gets more important. Taking the language in the first plan will be the appropriate behavior when the researches that are necessary to understand and to tell the phases of a society or a community is concerning with the culture. At present, developing by a very big ratio of the social variation is caused to have some variations in the language. In this respect, to put the structure problem of the language and to stress the change of the structure of the society in lingual variations, provides exposing the basic problem. Globalisin, creates a threatening area on the language that is an indicator of the social identity, so this kind of progressing makes the researches of language-identity more important. In the world that becomes like a small village by means of the communicative tools; some new declinations must be supplied in the cultural works against the cultural homogeneity, is a threatening element that takes the different cultures and different languages under the strict control by a hegemonic way. Today, the locality gets more important, it Is analyzed that the relations hetweeri thelocalTanguage and social variations just for to get rid of the destructive elements of the cultural homogeneity and it is appreciated in the Kütahya sample that some variations occurred in the historical period of local languages. Whether the difference between the written language and spoken language causes a cultural delay or not, is taken up and discussed around some current examples.
