Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the part production of feedstocks produced for powder injection molding a water soluble feedstock composed of IN 718 superalloy powder developed specially for this thesis have been examined. IN 718 is especially defense become used at your industry that the material does not lose your quality at the high warmths which is become together material which becomes used. Materials includes nickel at %50-55 rades general products method get processes difficult and high cost. This intends % 66 PEG8000 % 29PP %5SA binder has been prepared. %64 IN 718 powder at your rate is made %36 binder feedstock is made have become. For this purpose first of all the flow characteristics of the feedstocks have been invesitgated by a capillary rheometer. İn the injection machine developed in the context of the thesis, containing IN 718 superalloy feedstock had been at 180-230 ºC temperature range, 900-110 bar pressure range and 15-21 cm³/s flow rate range and at a 40 ºC mold temperature. For the production in injection machine, a mold width live different thickness and having long rectangular prismatic cavity has been use. Be debinding operation has been performed waiting the molded parts at 60 ºC temperature. After the debinding operation, the parts are sintered 3 ºC ramp within 0-500 ºC range, at 5 ºC ramp within 500-800 ºC and at at 7 ºC ramp within 800-1000 ºC and at 10 ºC ramp within 1000-1280 ºC and at 1280 ºC for two hour. The microstructure has been observed in the sintered parts.
