Abstract (EN)
In this study, partially substituted phosphazene compounds (1-2) were synthesized from the reaction of the hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene trimer with different diamines and completely substituted mono (4-fluorobenzyl)-spirophosphazene compounds were obtained from their reaction with three different aminoalcohols compounds (dimethylaminoethanol, dimethylamino-1-propanol and 4-pyridylmethanol). Then, polyiodide salts (7-10) with quaternized nitrogen atoms were synthesized by reacting these compounds with methyl iodide (CH3I) and finally, the new phosphazene-based ionic liquids (PILS) (11-18) were obtained by displacement reactions of the I anions in these polyiodo salts with the NTf2 and BF4 anions. Elemental analysis, FTIR, one-dimensional (1D) 1H-, 13C- and 31P-NMR techniques were used for structural analyses of synthesized PILS. Thermal stabilities of PILS was determined by thermal analysis (TA) techniques (TGA / DTG, DTA). Also their viscosity measurements were made using a cone-plate viscometer. In addition, the tribological properties of new PILS, their potential for organic field-effect transistors (OFET) and their usage as additives to commercial electrolytes to improve the performance of lithium ion cells were investigated. It was determined that OFETs produced with PILS with very high dielectric constants operate at low voltages. On the other hand, it was observed that the lubricating properties of PILS were not very fine in tribology studies. In lithium ion cell research, it was determined that the capacity loss in PILS 9 and 10 doped electrolytes was much higher than that of pure electrolyte.
