Abstract (EN)
Environmental issues are increasingly important for consumers. For the environmental sensitivity of consumers, automobile companies must comply with environmental protection laws and regulations. This research has been carried out in order to investigate the effect of green marketing of consumers in automobile buying decisions. This study was carried out with prospective buyers who visited Tekbaş Otomotiv's Mitsubishi and Honda Plaza showrooms. In this study, 150 prospective buyers were selected with easy sampling method; A questionnaire consisting of 3 sections and 27 questions was applied. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20 program. When the results are examined, it can be considered that the brand image, the security level and the quality of the car are important for consumers. However, most of the participants in the environmental problems stated that they had knowledge. Although the environmental information of the participants is high, it is concluded that there is less awareness.
