Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the commodification of women in consumer societies on the axis of the concept of consumption is examined through Vala Thorsdottir's text 'Things You Know'. Within the scope of the research subject, a literature search was conducted, the concepts of 'consumer societies' and 'commodification of women' were investigated, and sample play dramaturgy was performed in this context.
