Abstract (EN)
Providing customer service within the scope of the customer's value judgments by fulfilling the service according to the expectations of the customers in accommodation businesses gives more positive results. As a result, it is thought that increasing service quality will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, when the studies are examined, it is noticeable that the studies measuring the effect of service quality on satisfaction are in many different destinations and businesses. On the other hand, the service quality measurement of hotel businesses in Antalya and the effect of this measurement on satisfaction remain unclear. This result expresses the problem situation of the research.
