Abstract (EN)
In today's world countries, which have, similar characteristics, in terms of geographic, socio-economic and level of economic development, are working to establish coordination among them selves. This in turn changes the shape of the world. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Azerbaijan and Middle Asian Turkic Republic, are striving to develop new strategies in order to keep up with these changes in the world. One of these strategies become appearing with the organizations of economic cooperation between Turkey and the countries mentioned above. The geographic and socio-economic conditions of Turkic Republics and relations of economic coordination that can be viable are investigated in the light at existing models of coordination and cooperation in the world. The conclusions of this study are that there is opportunities of cooperation among run and this cooperation's are likely to result in success.
