Abstract (EN)

In this study, taking the epics of Dede Korkut and Oguz Kagan to the center (two copies), administrator type was examined in thirteen epics which are selected from different twelve turkish tribes. General features, administrators in epics which are dealt with, are investigated in terms of general features, maturement, the common understanding of management, family relationships comparatively, and their common and different aspects has been determined. Before examinations are made in epics, turkish state structure and the view of management of Pre- Islamic Period and Islamic Period has been granted, so it is aimed to draw attention to reflections of historical process in epics. On the other hand, when the examinations are made, It is benefited in relation to aspect of administrator, leader and management from investigations, from different disciplines such as political science, philosophy, theology and sociology studies of different disciplines. In this study which is based on interdisciplinary point of view and comparative method, with reference to turkish epics which belong to different period and conditions, It is tried to determine basic features and the approach of management.
