Abstract (EN)
This thesis holds political economy of Turkish foreign policy in post ? cold war period. In this context, it is focused on the relationship between foreign trade, international capital flows and Turkey?s diplomatic relations with countries, intergovernmental organizations as well as changes. As a result, it is observed that in early period?s realist theory had explained political economy of Turkish foreign policy, while it has been shifting towards liberal theory in the following years.
