Abstract (EN)
Culture, which forms the memory of the society is transferred through lanuage. One of the most important elements of language is the structures that make up the language. In addition to each language structure having its own meaning, some meaning are also attributed to them in context. Therefore in order to use emotions and thoughts effectivelly in Turkish, it is necessary to master the language structures. In this study, we identified the idioms and reduplications in Turkish riddles. We classified idioms according to their structure and reduplications according to their word types.
