Proposal of the Multi-service Center for small workplaces within the context of the employer's obligation to organize occupational health and safety in Turkish Labor Law

Industrialized countries are facing similar challenges on occupational health and safety.The purpose of the studies done in the occupational health and safety field is to provide work environment free from work related accidents. Obligation to protect based on an employment agreement, obligates employers to take all necessary precautions to protect on employee's health and bodily integrity in the workplace.The objective of occupational health and safety Law No 6331 is prevention and protection. Establishing an organization for occupational health and safety by the employer is on obligation that plays a complementary role in ful filling other obligations related to occupational health and safety. Persons and entities within the scope of organization, are leading in terms in providing occupational health and safety at workplace.Workplace organization is of great importance in the prevention of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Employers don't want to spend money for occupational health and safety. In this situation employers and employees need to a multi service center that is built by state.
