Abstract (EN)
CASE The target of this master thesis is to determine according to the survey work the influence degree of nepotism on the employess at the family owned companies in İstanbul. In consideration of the regarding literature nepotism is a negative conception and the direction of this inquisition is, to determine the influence regarding behavior, attitude and satisfaction of the employess who works in family owned companies. For this purpose a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions and two parts of behavior scale from which each one is consisting of 7 likerts has been prepared in order to determine the effect of nepotism on employess working for family concers. In the first part of the survey work it was used questions to determine the existence of the nepotism, in the second part it was used questions regarding the satisfaction of the employees who works in family owned companies. This survey work was carried out on 208 people who work in Istanbul at the family owned companies. The analysis result was annotated due to the SPSS software program (Statistical Package for the Sociel Sciences). Due to the result of the analysis it was seen that nepotism has a very low impact to the employees who are working at the family owned companies and this discovery was set out in the result and suggestion chapter.
