Abstract (EN)
Public-Private Partnership is the financing model in which an investment or service is shared equally between the public and the private sector on a project-based cost, risk, and benefits basis, based on a contract. This financing model applications Although based on a very old history of use in the world and Turkey has increased after the 1980s. For this reason, the projects implemented with Public-Private Cooperation in Bursa were worked on. This study consists of four main parts. In the first part, general information is given and conceptual definitions are made. In the second part Public-Private Partnership is introduced in general. In the third part, the Projects of Public-Private Cooperation in the World and the countries that implement them are dealt with. In the last section taken up Public-Private Partnership projects in Turkey it has been concluded by giving an example of Bursa Province.
